Willowbrook couple wins $100,000 on EXTRA!
Jacqueline Lees and Grant Manz were on a camping trip when they discovered their LOTTO MAX ticket won $100,000 on the July 16 EXTRA draw.
“I checked our tickets when we were camping,” said Lees. “I checked the numbers online and couldn’t believe it!”
“I ran into our camper to tell my husband, but he didn’t believe me at first,” she continued. “He just looked at me and said, ‘Yeah, whatever.’ I showed him the iPad and he was stunned!”
The surprised winners haven’t made any plans for their winnings yet, but they are looking forward to one major thing now that they’ve won the lottery.
“It’s nice to know we’re going to have some financial freedom now,” said Lees.
Lees and Manz purchased their winning ticket at Palliser Way C-Store, located at 110 Palliser Way in Yorkton. They won by matching the last six digits of the drawn EXTRA number – 3824441.
