At a Prize Payout Office
Our Prize Payout Offices are open Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Cheque processing may take 15–20 minutes (retailer claims not included).
If you would like your prize paid via direct deposit, please bring a direct deposit form from your bank.
A photo of the winner may be taken at the appointment.

By Mail
Mail your forms, original ticket, and photocopy of your government-issued ID to:

Things to remember if you’re claiming a prize by mail:
Call Player Care at 1-800-665-3313 during normal business hours before sending in any claim worth more than $1,000. Prizes over $1,000 require additional paperwork, which we can provide to you when needed. You can send claims under $1,000 directly, without contacting Player Care in advance.
All risks of sending tickets through the mail remain with the player. You can take a scan or photocopy for your records, but the original ticket is required for claim.
What to bring or include
Whether you’re coming in person or mailing your claim, make sure you have:

Government-issued ID
- In person at a Prize Payout Office:
- 1 piece of government-issued photo ID
- By mail:
- A front and back copy of 1 piece of government-issued ID

We recommend you keep a scan or photocopy of the ticket for your records
