Play by Subscription
Here's how a Subscription works!
Subscriptions are available for LOTTO MAX, DAILY GRAND, WESTERN MAX, WESTERN 649 and EXTRA for up to 104 draws. Subscriptions for LOTTO 6/49 may also be purchased, but they are not currently available for 104 draws. There are two easy ways to subscribe. You can subscribe through our new Subscription Spot service or through our traditional Mail Subscription service (which includes phone and online form orders). See the table below for more information on ways to subscribe.
Subscriptions ordered through Subscription Spot will begin the next available draw. With Subscription Spot, you can manage your own subscription and receive email notifications of purchases and winnings.
Mail Subscription orders start about 10 days after your order is processed. This gives us time to send you the subscription certificate that confirms your order and shows the selections and draw dates you’ll be playing. Ways to subscribe:
Subscription Spot lets you manage your own
subscriptions and receive email notifications about
your purchases and winnings.
Subscriptions ordered through Subscription Spot
begin on the next available draw. A credit card is required to order through Subscription Spot.
Go to Subscription Spot to register and set up a new subscription.
NOTE: Existing subscriptions cannot be
transferred to Subscription Spot.

Mail Subscription is our traditional subscription service. You can sign up by phone or by online form.
Subscriptions ordered through our Mail Subscription service begin approximately 10 days after your order is processed. Payment may be made by credit card, cheque or money order.
Phone: Call 1-800-665-3313, choose option 3 and one of our Player Care staff members can assist with your order or renewal. Phone orders may be placed Monday to Friday, 7:30 am- 4:30 pm CT/ 8:30 am - 5:30 pm CT.
The Mail Subscription online order form is no longer available. If you want to subscribe through our Mail Subscription option, please contact Player Care at 1-800-665-3313 and select Option 3. Our Specialists will be happy to assist you with your order.
What do you need to know?
- You should confirm with your credit card provider if any additional fees apply for a lottery subscription purchase. Some credit card providers process this purchase as a cash advance. WCLC is not responsible for any fees associated with your credit card.
- WCLC cannot ensure the first draw date for your subscription and is not liable for any loss resulting from issues or delays in recording your ticket number into our systems.
- WCLC cannot assume any responsibility for errors or misunderstanding from phone communications.
What happens if you win?
WCLC will reach out to subscription holders if they win a major prize to talk about next steps for claiming the prize.
With Subscription Spot, smaller prizes will be deposited into your account as they are won.
With Mail Subscriptions, you can choose to receive prizes by cheque or direct deposit. Prizes will be sent out by cheque once they have accumulated to $50, or once the subscription has ended. With direct deposit, prizes will be deposited into your account as they are won.
What if you're moving?
If you ordered through Subscription Spot, you should update your address at subscriptionspot.ca.
If you ordered through our Mail Subscription service, fill out this Change of Address Form on our site. You may also write us a note stating your old and new address and fax it to 403- 742-7191 or mail it to us at:
