You must hold a valid winning ticket to claim a prize. Prizes up to and including $1,000 may be claimed at any Lottery Ticket Centre offering the service.

Prizes over $1,000 and merchandise prizes may be claimed at our Prize Payout offices in Regina or Saskatoon, Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 3:45PM. Prize claims of $10,000 or more require an appointment.

Holders of winning tickets must claim their prize prior to the expiry date specified on the back of the ticket.

Unclaimed prizes on national games are returned to players through guaranteed Jackpots and Bonus draws. Unclaimed prizes on regional games are used to enhance existing prize structures, or are returned to the member provinces or territories as revenue.
