SASKATCHEWAN IS ON A LOTTERY WINNING STREAK!
Will Friday’s LOTTO MAX draw bring the province’s 4th millionaire in 3 weeks?
Three lottery tickets sold in Saskatchewan have won a prize of $1 million or more in the past three weeks. And another five tickets have won prizes ranging from $50,000 to $500,000.
The winning began on May 16, when a ticket sold somewhere in Saskatchewan won the $1 million LOTTO 6/49 guaranteed prize. Three days later, on May 19, a ticket sold in Regina won a $2.5 million LOTTO 6/49 prize. And the third million-dollar win came on last Friday’s LOTTO MAX draw – that ticket was sold somewhere in the province, excluding Saskatoon and Regina.
The other major prizes won in Saskatchewan in recent weeks were:
• June 2, LOTTO 6/49: $250,844.80
• June 1, LOTTO MAX: $500,000
• June 1, WESTERN MAX: $100,000 (Saskatoon)
• May 26, LOTTO 6/49: $100,000
• May 26, WESTERN 649: $50,000
Will the winning continue this weekend? For the third week in a row, LOTTO MAX is reaching record heights. Friday’s LOTTO MAX jackpot is $60 million and an estimated 52 MAXMILLIONS draws for $1 million each.
Players can buy their LOTTO MAX tickets until 8:30 pm on Friday evening. The winning numbers and prize breakdown will be posted to sasklotteries.ca as soon as they’re available.
