Quick pick or selection slip

1. Select five numbers from 1 to 49 and then select one Grand Number from 1 to 7. Or, ask the retailer for a Quick Pick, and the ticket terminal will choose your selection(s) for you.
   The Grand Number can be used to win a prize, even if you haven’t matched any main numbers. If one or more of the five main numbers is from 1 to 7, it is possible that the same number could be drawn as the Grand Number. However, the Grand Number cannot be used in place of one of the main numbers to win a prize.
2. Add EXTRA for an additional $1 per number. You can add up to four EXTRA (one per each DAILY GRAND purchase) by specifying it with your Quick Pick request or by marking “Yes” under each board played.
   The EXTRA number(s) is valid for the same draw date(s) as the host game listed at the top of your ticket.
3. Play 1-25 draws. Tell the retailer how many draws or mark the number on the slip. For a number not shown, leave it blank, and the retailer can enter any number from 1-25.
