Alyssa Dale won $100,000 on a HIGH ROLLER Scratch & Win ticket that was part of a $20 MEGA SCRATCH PACK.
The Humboldt local said the ticket was a gift from her mom.
“She buys tickets all the time,” Dale laughed. “This was for a ‘just because’ day!”
Dale said she was at home on the family farm with her daughter when her mom arrived with the ticket, so she scratched them while her mom was still there.
“My daughter was looking at the ticket after I scratched it and said, ‘I think you won $100,000!’” she said. “I laughed and said, ‘Yeah right!’”
Each of the family members in the house that day took turns looking at the ticket to be certain they’d seen it right.
“I definitely scanned the ticket on the [Lotto Spot] app more than 10 times!” Dale laughed.
Now, Dale is excited to enjoy the winnings with her family.
“I’d like to take the kids on a trip,” she smiled. “I’m hoping my mom and dad will come with us!”
Dale’s winning ticket was purchased at Shoppers Drug Mart, Unit 107 – 1919 8 Ave. in Humboldt.
