I had to do a double take on the screen!
Jeannette Epp took home a ROYAL FLUSH on POKER LOTTO to the tune of $105,409.70!
The Goodsoil local said she enjoys instant win games and often plays POKER LOTTO when she stops for gas.
“It’s a routine now,” she explained.
This time was anything but routine though, as Epp took home more than $100,000!
“I was standing at the counter after I paid and wasn’t paying attention,” she said. “I heard it was a winner, looked up, saw all the spades, and then saw the amount—I had to do a double take!”
Epp said the cashier was very excited.
“I asked her, ‘Does that say what I think it says? I think you might have the magic touch!’” she laughed.
Epp plans to use her windfall to help out her kids, renovate her home, and put some away for a rainy day.
“I thought it would feel quite nice, and it does!” she beamed.
Epp purchased her winning POKER LOTTO and ALL-IN ticket from Domo Highway 4 Service Station at 308 9 St. W in Meadow Lake. She won her prize on the January 22 draw with a ROYAL FLUSH of Spades!
